Overview: Call Recording
Benemen provides FCA* compliant call recording services. The Benemen call recording solution can record all calls regardless from which device or to what number calls were made. Mobile call recording does not require an application to be run on the mobile devices, and as such, if authorized cannot be bypassed, leading to a fully FSA compliant call recording solution for the Financial Industry.

What's the clue?
Call recording is done based on settings in the network on a per user level, and can be configured to record incoming, outgoing or all calls. In addition call recording can also be activated ad hoc using number selection view.
Because call recording settings are made in the network, Benemen enables call recording regardless the device the user is using for the particular calls.
