Job description

Technical Support Specialist is part of our Customer Support team. In our Customer Support we serve our customers with omnichannel approach and create value to our customers with quality and customer centric mindset.

Main purpose is to provide first class customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction together with the team.

Key responsibilities & duties

  • Multichannel customer support (email, phone, self-service portal)
  • Service request handling
  • Advising admin users
  • Technical troubleshooting and escalation if needed

  • Detecting and reporting system failures
  • Self-development

  • Able to meet and subsequently exceed performance and qualitative goals.
  • Maintain high level customer satisfaction

Main stakeholders and internal partners

Technical Support Specialist works closely with our Production, Account Management and other relevant stakeholders, providing technical knowledge and interface between Benemen and customers.

Skills and abilities

  • Positive attitude and excellent team work skills.
  • Good technical skills
  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English. Swedish is considered as plus.
  • Interest and ability to technical problem solving
  • Ability to understand different technical implementations
Work experience & education
  • 2-3 years experience of communication solutions in technical support / Helpdesk, for example in telecom operator's customer support
