Technical Support Specialist is part of our Customer Support team. In our Customer Support we serve our customers with omnichannel approach and create value to our customers with quality and customer centric mindset.
Main purpose is to provide first class customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction together with the team.

Technical Support Specialist works closely with our Production, Account Management and other relevant stakeholders, providing technical knowledge and interface between Benemen and customers.
